Your room includes a private full bathroom, a double bed, a desk with a chair, a bureau, blackout blinds, a closet, a mini fridge, and a microwave.

Your monthly rent includes access to all common areas (kitchen, gym, rooftop gardens, terraces, soccer and volleyball courts, covered parking, study rooms, TV and game rooms…) as well as all utilities and services (24/7 security, water, gas, electricity, dedicated building internet, suite cleaning twice a week, and laundry service — 2 loads per month). Additionally, for an extra cost but within the facilities, you have access to a café, a mini market, and on-demand laundry service.

Totally! You can have up to 5 guests at a time. If you’re planning something bigger—like a school project or a hangout in the common areas—you can request special permission from management.

You also get 20 overnight guest passes per semester, so someone can crash at your place (only in private rooms, not shared ones). All guests must be authorized by the resident they’re visiting and check in at the front desk with a valid ID.

We offer shared rooms too, if you’re down to live with a roommate.

Absolutely. We give you a standard room setup, and you make it your own.
Our maintenance team can help hang stuff like posters or frames, as long as it doesn’t damage the room (like painting the walls).

All common areas close at midnight and open at 6 a.m.

Yep, we’re pet-friendly! Just make sure to follow the pet rules and get prior approval from management. They’ll consider your pet’s size before giving the green light—because here at Urbanite, we’re all about #GoodVibesLiving.
